Terms and Conditions
Wise Technical Innovations CCP or CCA Practice Exams
1. Introduction
This Agreement ("Agreement") is made between Wise Technical Innovations LLC ("Licensor") and the Licensee ("You" or "Licensee"). By purchasing and using the Wise Technical Innovations CCP or CCA ("Practice Exams"), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
2. Grant of License
Wise Technical Innovations LLC grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Practice Exams for individual study, classroom instruction, and online courses. This license is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
3. Restrictions on Use
You agree not to:
Redistribute, share, or modify the Practice Exams in any form.
Use the Practice Exams beyond the United States.
Use the Practice Exams more than ten times.
4. Fees
The fee for the license is $75.00, payable at the time of purchase.
5. Term and Termination
This license is valid for one year from the date of purchase. Wise Technical Innovations LLC reserves the right to terminate this license immediately if you violate any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Practice Exams.
6. Consequences of Violation
Violation of these terms may result in legal action and immediate termination of the license.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Virginia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Virginia.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Practice Exams are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. Wise Technical Innovations LLC does not warrant that the Practice Exams will meet your requirements or that they will be error-free. In no event shall Wise Technical Innovations LLC be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the Practice Exams.
9. Credit and Citation
All usage of the Practice Exams must credit Wise Technical Innovations LLC.
10. Confidentiality
You agree not to share the Practice Exams with others. The Practice Exams are intended for your use only.
11. Renewal
This license does not automatically renew. To continue using the Practice Exams beyond the initial one-year term, you must purchase a new license.
12. Feedback
While there is no requirement to provide feedback or reports on your use of the Practice Exams, any feedback you do provide may be used by Wise Technical Innovations LLC to improve their products.
13. Support and Updates
Wise Technical Innovations LLC does not provide support or updates for the Practice Exams.
By purchasing and using the Practice Exams, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
